About Us

Derek & Su

Founder/Chef

One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well. 

With that in mind, our team at Twelve Flavours strives to provide you a memorable private dining experience filled with laughter, love and most importantly, delicious food. 

Derek, the Founder/Chef of Twelve Flavours has been passionate about the culinary scene from a young age. From Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, Thomas Keller or even Heston Blumenthal, Derek has always immersed himself in cooking videos and reading cookbooks. He would always try to replicate the recipes he learnt online for his family and friends. With positive feedback he got, he began his culinary journey by starting Twelve Flavours Private Dining. 

Su, our Co-Founder/Sous Chef and Derek's favourite sidekick to create new recipes and discover new flavour combinations with. Su has always been passionate about food since young. Being an avid lover of steak, he has always been searching for the perfect way to cook a steak because he believes a good steak is no misteak.

Due to COVID-19, our Private Dining will be on a hiatus. However, we are currently doing delivery in Singapore!
